How to use:

1. Clean the area: Start by thoroughly cleaning the brow area to remove makeup, oils, and residue. Dry the skin completely.
2. Shape and outline: Use mapping tools or brow stencils, if desired, to outline the brows and define the shape.
3. Mix the dye: On a mixing surface, mix the Pink Flash Brow Liquid Hybrid Dye with the Pink Flash Liquid Developer 3% in a 1:1 ratio. Mix until the mixture is smooth and uniform.
